AF2181 Vibration Analyser Features ● Vibration analyzer for wind turbines ● Used for vibration detection and protection of transmission chain or tower ● Rigid connection installation ● RS485 protocol communication, simple wiring ● Compatible with similar European products Product Introduction AF2181 Vibration Analyser is used to measure the vibration of the transmission chain or tower of wind turbines. It monitors whether the vibration exceeds the warning range and can perform real-time monitoring and protection of the low-frequency vibration of the wind turbine. The vibration measurement is obtained by collecting the accelerometer installed inside AF2181. It can measure the vibration in the x and y directions. The alarm parameters and delay time can be reset by the user according to the actual situation. There is a zero-potential relay output port in the alarm circuit. The alarm signal can control a remote alarm system or be used to shut down a monitoring process. When there is no communication with the main controller for a long time, installation and periodic maintenance can be performed through a computer.
